In August of 2011, the Shoffit family, who have resided in Eufaula for 10 years, purchased Superior Pecans & Gifts. Jan, Brad, Anthony, Mike, and Emmy all play a part in running the business. After spending multiple years on the road, traveling for work, the Shoffit family settled in Eufaula while Brad headed up the retrofit on the Walter F. George Dam in 2002. The Shoffit family fell in love with Eufaula and decided to buy a house and make this special town their home. When the opportunity arose to keep this southern legacy alive, they could not pass it up.
